GIANTS will have their AFL bye this weekend before facing Essendon next weekend.

• Canberra Demons have signed Queanbeyan’s Harry Grant and Lachlan Squire. Grant was named the Rd 11

• Canberra Demon’s Andrew Swan will return to Allinsure Park to play his 100th first grade game for Queanbeyan after twelve months of knee rehabilitation.

• Tarni Evans, Jayde Hamilton (Queanbeyan Tigers) and Emily Pease (Belconnen Magpies) have been selected for Round Two of the Eastern Allies side in the NAB AFL Women’s Under-18 Championships.

• Matt McGrory and Tom Green will travel to Adelaide to face Western Australia at Alberton Oval.

• Ainslie’s Player- Coach and GIANTS midfielder, Britt Tully has been named as Head Coach for Canberra’s 2019 Youth Girls GIANTS Academy.

• Molonglo Juggernaut’s Hallam Young will represent Canberra in the AtWork NSW/ACT Inclusion Rams side at the National Inclusion Carnival from July 15.

• The AFL NSW/ACT Schools Cup State Final will be held at UNSW Canberra Oval on Monday (24/6). 15 schools will be competing.
