• The GIANTS head to the Gold Coast to take on the 18th placed Suns in an attempt to secure a home Elimination Final. They’ll need to turn their form around following consecutive heavy losses to Hawthorn and the Western Bulldogs.

• The Canberra Demons travel to Redland to take on the bombers to finish off their 2019 season. Sam Martyn and Ben Halse will play their final game for the Demons.

• The inaugural Community and Regional Presentation night was held on Monday with best and fairest medal awarded for each grade. ANUAFC was presented with the Club Championship and Andy Ingold
(Murrumbateman Eagles) was awarded Senior Volunteer of the Year for the ACT.

• AFL Canberra’s Community and Regional competition finals series continues this weekend with preliminary finals being played at Gungahlin Enclosed Oval and Football Park on Saturday. Preview available here.

• The AFL Canberra Senior competition kick off their finals campaigns this weekend with games on both Saturday and Sunday. Queanbeyan Tigers claimed the minor premiership for UNSW Canberra First Grade Women’s and Ainslie Tricolours for the First Grade Men’s.
